We’ll handle all the coordination and our designers will create a day full of details that reflect your vision. From the inspiration to the sourcing to the installation, we’ll dream up the backdrop for your one-of-a-kind event.

Think of this as the happy medium between our Month-Of and Full Service packages. This package is for those who want a hand in coordinating logistics. We get it—we dig logistics too! We’ll focus on design while you get planning. Then, three months before your event, we’ll step in to tie up loose ends and take the details off your plate. At that point, it’s time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your party.

60 day COORDINATION

This package is designed for those who want to step back closer to their big day and let us put together the finishing touches. We’ll handle vendor communication, timeline, and other details leading up to your event so that you can forget about logistics, leaving you and your guests free to celebrate.

    • one-hour call right as you book to chat through vendor recommendations and your plans to start you off on the right foot!

    • (2-3) one hour in person or phone consultations to discuss timelines, floorplans, and your décor vision

    • 1 lead coordinator + 1 assistant on the day of for a max of 12 hours

    • check every vendor contract + take over communication with the chosen vendors to tie up the logistics

    • Act as a liaison between the vendors and client
